DELIVERY AND REFUNDS TERMS

No item will be accepted for return without prior approval. All approved returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number and must be in new and unused condition. To obtain an RA number, please email our sales team at info@tacticcomponents.com or call our sales team at 1-415-827-7927. All RA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer paid delivery in USA and around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by their country's customs authorities.
